AIR MAIL TO ENGLAND
LETTERS FROM NEW ZEALAND MONOWAI CARRIES 1400 [BY TELEGKAPH —FBESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Thursday When the Monowai sailed for Sydney from Wellington this afternoon she carried 1400 letters to connect with the second flight of the Australia-Englan air mail service. Letters for 31 different countries were contained in thfl air mail bags, although the great majority of the mail was for destina tions in Great Britain.
