NEW ZEALAND TOURNEY RECORD NUMBER RECEIVED Entries received for the New Zealand bowling championship tournament to commence in Auckland on January 7 constituted a record. The numbers are as follows: —Singles, 314; pairs, 278; rink's, 164. The aggregate of 766 entries exceeds by 84 the previous best figures of 672 for the Dominion tourney in Auckland eight years ago. EPSOM TOURNAMENT The Epsom Bowling Club held a full-rink tournament yesterday.
