FAMILY TRAGEDY
MOTHER POISONS CHILDREN WORRIES AFFECT MIND VANCOUVER, Dec. 11 A message from Camrose, Alberta, states that Mrs. Charles Brown, who was in a crazed state as a result of privations following drought and crop failures, which forced the family to abandon their farm, gave her five children poison in confectionery and then shot herself dead. One of the children, Kenneth, aged iix, died, but the others are recovering.
