ACTIVITY AT ROTORUA SOME MAGNIFICENT SHOTS [by telegraph—OWN correspondent] ROTORUA, Friday After a fortnight's inactivity Pohutu Geyser and the Prince of Wales Feathers played this morning. Pohutu sent up shots, to nearly 100 feet. At 10.30 a.m. and 2 p.m. unusually long displays commenced and lasted for 55 and 75 minutes respectively. The Cauldron played with greater activity than yesterday, sending up shots to 12 feet. The water in the Cauldron dropped 16 feet after Pohutu commenced playing. Waikorohihi Gevser near by continued to play during tho activity of Pohutu.
