CONVERSION OF CYCLE
IMPRISONMENT SENTENCE A plea of guilty was entered by a labourer, Colin William Glass, aged 21, in the Police Court yesterday before Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M., to a charge of unlawfully converting to hLs pwn use a motor-cycle valued at £4O, the property of Wyndham Leonard Dixon. Senior-Detective Hall sail tho complainant had missed his motor-cycle from a shed at tho back of his home at Ellerslie. The machine had subsequently been found abandoned at Levin. Accused was now serving a sentence for a series of burglaries. Accused was sentenced to three months' imprisonment.
