Senior-Detective Hall sail tho complainant had missed his motor-cycle from a shed at tho back of his home at Ellerslie. The machine had subsequently been found abandoned at Levin. Accused was now serving a sentence for a series of burglaries. Accused was sentenced to three months' imprisonment.
