l^'r i Hi® strawberry season is rapidly approaching and cream will be used in abundance—or should be! With butter selling at SJd why on earth do we get so little cream for our money? In proportion to the price of butter cream is absurdly dear. If cream were sold at a reasonable figure ten times the local sales could be made and so assist the dairying industry in a difficult time.
