UNITED STATES! LAWS AN ALLEGED BREACH NEW YOBK, Oct. 16 Mr. Robert Fisher, son of Mr. Andrew Fisher, three times Prime Minister of Australia, who has been for several years head of a London investment house, will not be allowed to remain in the United States unless his appeal to Washington is successful. , Mr. Fisher arrived at Hartford, Connecticut, from v London on Supday to enter the invesifeient division of the Hartford Trust Company. He was detained as an alleged violator of the alien contract labour laws. He was released on his own recognisance, pend. 1 ing an appeal.
