SIR ALEXANDER ROCHE (Received October !2, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. Oct. 1 Sir Alexander A. Roche has been appointed Lord Justice of Appeal in succession to the late Sir T. E. Scrutton. Sir Alexander has been a Judge of the King's Bench Division, High Court, since I^l7.
