DOG CAUSES FATALITY
MOTOR-CAE CAPSIZED OFFICER THE VICTIM THREE OTHERS INJURED By Telegraph—Presis Association—Copyright (Received September 30. 5.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, Sept. 30 Captain J. Kendall, of the Australian Staff Corps., Sydney, was killed outright and three other officeris were injured yesterday when their motor-car capsized near Penrith, 34 miles west of Sydney. Those injured were Colonel A. C. Fewtrell, Captain L. S. Allen and Major J. S. L. McCall. The accident occurred when Colonel Fewtrell, who was driving, swerved to avoid a dog.
