MONOWAI TO RESUME The Monowai was docked at Wellington on Monday for cleaning and painting preparatory to being recommissioned in the inter-colonial service. The vessel has been liiid up for nearly four months and during that period she has undergone< an extensive overhaul. She is to leave Wellington for Sydney on October 5. THE TEKOA Owing to the large amount of cargo being loaded on the New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Tekoa at Queen's Wharf the vessel's departure for London, Avonmouth, Liverpool and Glasgow has been postponed until Monday afternoon, instead of Saturday. THfc FORDSDALE The Shaw, Savill and Albioi} steamer Fordsdale is expected to leave New Plymouth for Auckland to-day to complete loading to the agency of L. D. Nathan and Company, Limited. The vessel is due on Saturday and she is scheduled to sail for London, via Panama, on October 6. PORT WAIKATO FOR SURVEY The Port Waikato, en route from South Island ports, left Wellington for Auckland on Tuesday evening. The vessel ia due tomorrow morning and after discharge she will be_ laid up for overhaul and survey, which is expected to occupy nearly a week.
