LIFE BAN ON MOTORIST

It was alleged that Pegg's car ran across the road and mounted the grass verge on wliicli Goodbold was walking, knocked him down, carried him 10 yards, and then ran over him. Pegg said that he had had a car only since June 7,' and had had 14 hours 1 driving experience.
