ARMS EMBARGO

BOLIVIA AND PARAGUAY QUESTION BEFORE LEAGUE (Received September 20, 7.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, Sept. 19 A public session to-day of the Council of the League of Nations passed a resolution referring to the Assembly the entire question of an embargo on the supply of arms to Bolivia and Paraguay, in an effort to check the present hostilities and hasten a settlement of the dispute.
