KINDERGARTEN DANCE
FUNCTION AT NORTHCOTE The annual "back to childhood" dance in aid of the Northcote Public Kindergarten was held last evening in the King's Theatre. The hall was attractively decorated with ferns and coloured streamers, and the dancers entered into the spirit of care-free youth with much zest. The organisers were: —Mrs. A. E. Harding (president), Mrs. J. Blake (secretary), Mrs. L. G. Gimblett, Mrs. F. W. Newman, Mrs. C. Morrison, Mrs. E. A. Campbell, Mrs. N. H. Robson, Mrs. H. E. Taylor. The hostesses were Mrs. A. E. Harding and Mrs. E. C. Davey.
The floor arrangements, were in the charge of Mr. A. E. Harding. Exhibitions of tap dances were given by Mr. J. Baker. Among those present were: Miss r. I. Gilfillan, director of the Northcote Kindergarten, Mrs. E. B. Gilfillan, Mrs. C. A. Clark, Mrs. B. Mayall, Mrs. W. F. Ward, Mrs. H. B. Stewart, Mrs. M. Carnachan, Mrs. F. Lees, Mrs. S. Osborne, Mrs. A. McFetridge, Mrs. I. Davison, Mrs. W. Grant, Mrs. E. Stilwell, Mrs. G. Watson, Mrs. Wilkie, Mrs. J. Dickson, Mrs. A. Burford, Mrs. A E. Stilwell, Mrs. J. Dunn, Mrs. D. Munro, Mrs. G. W. Simpson, Miss B. Davev, Miss S. Hartigan, Miss M. Brough. Miss L. Beecher, Miss D. Couldrey, Miss I>. La Roche, Miss G. Drummona, Miss K. Neben, Miss M. Bowker, Miss O.
