HOTEL DECLARED " BLACK " A beer strike was lately declared at Norseman, Western Australia, where tho hotelkeeper refused to discuss a request for lower prices. Instead of a charge of Gd and 9d for lOoz. and 14oz. pots respectively, the men wanted a 12oz. pot for Gd, Kalgoorlie bottled beer for Is Gd, instead of Is 9d, other bottled beer for Is 9d, instead of 2s, and wine for 2s 6d instead of 4s 6d a bottle.
