LITTLE SCOTTISH GIRL , PLAY IN CHAMPIONSHIP REACHES THE FINAL ASTONISHING PROFICIENCY By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright i'Received September 14, 5.35 p.m.) LONDON. Sept. 13 A little 13 years old Scottish girl, Nancy Jupp, has astonished the golfing world by reaching the final of the girls' championship at Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire, on her first attempt. In the preliminary rounds the child beat competitors four and fire year* older than herself, whom she consistently out-drove. One of her drives was '2BO yards. Nancy is a beautiful player with a model swing and she hits with deadly accuracy. She began to play when she was six. How .she has achieved such perfection is a mystery, as she had only a few lessons and had not even got a handicap. Nancy will play in the final against Miss Joan Mountford, aged 18, an experienced player from the North Foreland Club, a nursery of famous playerr including Diana Fishwick.
