t REPRESENTATIVE FIXTURE MATCH WITH SOUTH AUCKLAND ATTRACTIONS FOR TO-MORROW Au attractive Rugby programme has been arranged for patrons of Eden Park to-morrow afternoon, when, in addition to, a representative match between the Auckland B team and South Auckland, a seven-asido tournament will be held. It is some time since the 1 Auckland public has had the privilege of witnessing this fast and attractive type of Rugby, and there should be some thrilling movements. Both No. 1 and No. 2 grounds will be occupied by the tournament, which has been arranged with the idea of keeping players in all teams fit for the Jubilee Clip contests later in the month. Following is the draw for the first series of soven-usidtj mutches:—Eden B v. Technicul Old Boys, College Rifles v. Grammar Old Boys A, Marist v. University, Grafton A v. North Shore, Ponsonby B v. Manukau B, Eden A v. Grammar Old Boys B, Grafton B v. Otahuhu, Manukau A v. Ponsonby A. The referees will be Messrs. G. Howard, M. Paris, F. Thompson and C. Fdwler. The Auckland B representatives scored a comfortable win over Thames at Eden Park last Saturday and the acting-selector haß chosen the same back line, except that Carter, Ponsonby, who was injured last Saturday, iB replaced by Gladding, Otahuhu. In the forwards Williams, Otahuhu, is replaced by Jensen, University, and Constable, Manukau, by Lazarus, Otahuhu. South Auckland will field a stronger side than that which was narrowly beaten earlier in the season by Auckland B. Brudy, the fullbnck, and Mcliobbie, centre, are two new players who are expected to strengthen the team considerably. Thej-o are several other players who are showing fine form, and the visitors will field a good forward team.
