CITIZENS SHOCKED
VICTIMS' DECLARATION (Received August 14, 5.45 p.m.) LONDON, August 13 The News Chronicle's Vienna correspondent says the execution of the policemen has shocked the citizens of Vienna. All the condemned men declared they believed they were protecting the new Government, but they admitted that secretly they were Nazis.
