RETICULATING HILLCREST PROPOSAL TO RAISE LOAN >" [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON. Tuesday Plans for reticulating 33 occupied sections at Hillcrest, a suburb of Hamilton, with town water services, were submitted to the Waikato County Council to-day, and it was decided to apply to the Local Government Loans Board for permission to submit a loan proposal to the ratepayers for the raising of £I2OO to carry out the work. Of the 33 ratepayers affected, 26 signed the petition asking the council to support the scheme. Hillcrest, Knighton and Hooper's Roads are affected by the proposal.
