GISBORNE'S GOOD RECORD [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] GISBOBNE, Thursday For the fifth session in succession tho Gisborne Supreme Court will open next week without any criminal cases for trial. There are no prisoners foi* sentence and only two civil actions have been set down for hearing. Gisborne's clean lilieet so far as criminal cases are concerned has become so customary that tho practice of presenting tho presiding Judge with white gloves has been suspended.
