CONVERSATIONS PENDING MINISTERS TO VISIT LONDON LONDON, July 4 Official circlej deny reports to the effect that the visit to London on July 8 of the French Foreign Minister, M. Barthou, will bo forflhe purposes of negotiating an AngMPrencli' .agreement: It is stated that the purpose of the trip will be solely to discuss preliminaries for the forthcoming London Naval Conference. M. Barthou is to be accompanied bj the Minister of Marine, M. Pietri.
