AUSTRIAN RISING
GAOL FOR PARTICIPANTS VIENNA, July 3 Ludwig Bernaschek, a member of the general staff of the Socialist Schutzbund, was convicted of high treason and sentenced, to 12 years' imprisonment for participating in ' the rising of February. Ferdinand Huettner was sentenced to 10 years in gaol, and three others received smaller sentences.
