PARAGUAY AND BOLIVIA TWO CITIES BOMBARDED SWIFT RETALIATION By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received May 13, 5.5 p.m.) VANCOUVER. May 12 A message from Asuncion, Paraguay, states that Paraguayan bombing aeroplanes swooped low over the Bolivian outposts to-day and subjected them to a concentrated bombardment. This action followed closely upon a protest against the bombardment by Bolivian airmen of the Paraguayan cities of Guarani and Mihanovich.
