OIL TANKERS
RATIONALISATION PLAN AN INTERNATIONAL POOL > C '(Received May G, 5.5 p.m.) British; Wireless RUGBY. May 5 A decision, to put into operation as from yesterday a scheme for an international pool for oil tankers has been made by the council of the International Tank Owners' Association which has been meeting in London this week. The scheme represents an attempt to rationalise the tanker industry. The discussions on it have lasted some months.
