W. ■ Gordon's Sweep, 46 points, 1; W. Crans-.i wick's Storm, 4iJ points, 2; W. Ruwhiu'»T Bruce, 42} points, 3; G. S. Mead's Heather, * 411 points, 4. Short Head and Yard.—D. Cranswick's Dictator, 55 points, 1; W. G. Butlor'a Ring. 512 points, 3: G. S. Mead's Heather and C. J. Gordon's Sweep, 44i poihts, equal, 3. Tho following cups were presented at tho close of tho competitions;—J. M. ButlerMemorial Rose Bowl (best three-dog team). G. S. Mend; J. O'Sullivan'.s Cup (winner' of class three), C. J. Gordon; Walker and Hall Cup (champion hunt away), G.__ S. < Mead; W. B. Kelly Memorial Cup (winner of class four), D. Cranswick; F. H. Duvbridse's Cup (best dog toam), G. S. Mead; Farmers' Trading Company Cup (winner of class one), G. S. Mead; Mrs. T. Hitchen's Cup (novice winning class three), "W. Ruwhin: W. F. EVENTS AT CAMBRIDGE [FROM OUR own correspondent] . CAMBRIDGE, Sunday The Central Waikato Sheep Dog Club's first annual trials, which were - concluded yesterday, were most successful. There were large entries, and when the finals, were held yesterday afternoon at Mr. G. Vosper's Dingley Dell. Pukekura, there was a large attendance, Results were as follows: Long Head and Hold in Ring.—H. Buckley's Fay (Port. Waikato)...4s points, 1; Eraser Smith's Highland King (Awakma), ■II points, 2; If.
