MORRINSVILLE CLUB'S YEAR [from Oint OWN correspondent] MORRINSVILLE, Saturday Another very successful past season was reviewed at tho fourth annual meeting of the Morrinsville Badminton Club. The annual report showed that tho club had established a fine record, in that the A team had been undefeated in matches, winning 57 games and losing three. Reference was also made in the annual report to iho loss the club had sustained in the death last year of Mr. W. C. Cargi.ll. its president. It was pleasing to eee that his name had been perpetuated iu the game of badminton by the presentation of the Cargill Memorial Trophy for inter-club competition. Officers were elected as follows Patron. Dr. A. Bernstein; president. Mr. C'. Colson; vice-president, Mrs. C. M. Glimmer: club captains. Miss N. Ryan and Mr. H. Soanes; secretary. Mr. N. Bryant; treasurer, Mr. K. Hopkins; auditor, Mr. T. J. Ryan: delegates to the Waikato Badminton Association, Messrs. N. Bryant. C. Colson and K. Hopkins: management committee, the president, secretary, treasurer. Misses V. Johnson, E. Parkinson. Messrs. R. Somers and H. So&nei; «ole selector, Mr. N, Bryant.
