UNREST IN SPAIN
PARLIAMENTARY SCUFFLE ANTI-FASCIST RIOTING MADRID, April 20 Taunts directed against the Monarchists by a former Minister, Senor Prioto, provoked pandemonium in the Cortes to-day. Tumblers were hurled bac]f and forth, one deputy being hit on the head. Senor Prieto grappled with a Monarchist, Senor Albaninn, and knocked him out. The Cortes, when calm was restored, extended an amnesty to 8000 political prisoners.
Anti-Fascist demonstrators in Central Madrid meanwhile had clashed with the police. They wounded two policemen and shot a horse dead.
