CANADA AND AUSTRALIA MORE SHIPS NEEDED (Received February IS, 5.5 p.m.) MONTREAL. Feb. 17 " A largo potential volume of trade between Canada and Australia is hampered by inadequate shipping facilities," said Mr. C. E. Critehley. Assistant Australian Trade Commissioner, in an address to tho Royal Empire Society in Montreal to-day. Mutual preference agreements would bo beneficial to both countries, but more ships should be put into the service, said Mr. Critchle.v.
