CONFIDENCE OF CHAMBER SUBSTANTIAL MAJORITY (Received February IS, 5.5 p.m.) PARIS. Feb. 17 The Chamber of Deputies * to-day passed en bloc, in a single division, a vote of confidence in the Government by 430 to 150. The House rejected an amendment that the Stavisky Commission should possess judicial power.
