BOY'S DEATH ON FARM
HORSE SLIPS AND FALLS RIDING ROUND PADDOCK FATAL INJURIES TO HEAD [from oub own correspondent] HAMILTON, Sunday A fatal accident occurred at Fencourt, Cambridge, at two o'clock this s.fternoon when William Harvey Low, £,ged 13, the son of Mr. S. D. Low, farmer, of Flume Road, Fencourt, was thrown from a horse and suffered a fracture of the skull. The hoy was riding round a paddock on his father's farm when the horse slipped and fell. The boy struck his head heavily on the hard ground. He was taken to the Waikato Hospital, where he died at 3 p.m. Deceased had been a pupil at the Goodwood School and had intended to transfer to the Cambridge District High School to-morrow.
