Gollan, tha ex-New Zealand sportsman and race* horse owner, who was run orer ana killed by a motor-bus in Oxford Street on January 29. The verdict exonerated the driver of the bus. The coroner said Mr. Gollan was blind in one eye. The evidence showed thai he had stepped from a refuge in front of the omnibus, not looking where hj« was going.
