OBJECTIVES EXPLAINED DIRECTORATE TO RULE PARIS. Feb. » " Francistes " is the name taken, by 10,000 French Fascists, whose Bucart, a fiery, dark-haired Frenchman with a gallant war record*announces their objectives as follows:—! (1) To overthrow the Parliamentary system by armed force if necessary; (2)1 to create a corporate Fascist State; (3)j friendship with Fascist Germany and Italy. Bucart says collectivism and capw talism difFer in spirit, yet both product unemployment, but the corporate Statq is a synthesis of order and liberty, France needs a unified high command under a directorate of five persons.
