CHIEF JUSTICE RETIRING (Received February 4, 5.5 p.m.) v CALCUTTA. Feb. S The Chief Justice of Bengal, Sir George Rankin, twice collapsed owing to heart trouble in the Calcutta High Court. Ho has decided to go to England and to retire.
