COMMUNITY SINGING
BOY SCOUT GATHERING An open-air community singing gathering in tho. Western Springs Stadium is being held by the Boy Scouts' Association on the evening of Wednesday, February 14. Tho singing will be led by Mr. Albert Russell and selections will be rendered by well-known bands, fn addition, the programme will include a parade of 1000 Scouts and a spectacular international pageant. Tho work of the Scout movement in Auckland is being seriously handicapped by lack of finance and it is hoped that a large amount will bo raised as the result of tho gathering.
