MAINTENANCE CASE
CANADIAN JUDGMENT VANCOUVER, Feb. 1 A summons served by mail on a man in New Zealand has been declared legal by the Supreme Court, which has granted Mrs. Gagen authority to sue her husband, Harry Gagen t of Cambridge, New Zealand, for maintenance.
