TRADE TREATY SOON LENA COALFIELDS CASE (Received February 2, 6.5 p.m.) British "Wireless RUGBY, Feb. 1 The Parliamentary Secretary of the Overseas Trade Department, Mr. D. J. Colville, stated in the Houso of Commons to-day that an Anglo-Russian trade treaty would ho concluded soon. He predicted that members generally would be satisfied with it. The Lena coalfields dispute, the discussion of which would begin shortly, would be closely watched by the Government, but would not bo allowed to prejudice tho treaty negotiations.
