SAME BED FOR 84 YEARS
James Gardner, a farm worker of North Petherton, a village three miles from Bridgcwater, Somersetshire, has slept in the same house every night for 84 years, with one exception. That was when he took his few hours' slumber in a hayfield so as to be ready to start mowing as soon as he was called by tho lark.
