ARGENTINE SCHOLARSHIPS WINNERS ENTERTAINED (Received January 12. 6.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, Jan. 11 The first two students to win the Prince of Wales' Argentine scholarships at Oxford, Drs. Oscar Marino and Jxian Ordoriz, were entertained by His Royal Highness at dinner in the Marlborough Club. The students will go to Oxford at the beginning of the coming term.

The installation of the scholars was referred to at a meeting of the IberoAmerican Institute, presided over by the Prince of Wales. The work of this institute, which aims' at making British thought and achievement and British culture and tradition better understood in South America, especially the Argentine, was reviewed. It was emphasised that the time has come for an expansion of the activities of the institute, in order to secure still closer association between this country and those of Ibero-America.
