CHALLENGE MATCH RICHMOND AND MARIST Great interest should centre m the special challenge match arranged for to-morrow by the Auckland Rugby League, when Richmond. winners of the Roope Rooster knockout competition, will meet Marist. lne match should provide fast and spectacular football, as both teams are in exceptionally fine form at present. Marist had the advantage of Richmond in the Auckland Rugby League's championship competition, but ■Richmond reversed matters in the Koope Rooster match, which gives some indication of the evenness of the teams. Both teams possess splendid 'back divisions, as well as hard-rucking and clean-handling forwards, and there should be little between the sides to-morrow. Richmond and Marist each accounted for the visiting St. George (Sydney) team at Carlaw Park, and this fact should add further interest to the meeting of the two clubs.
