Sept. 12 The Indian Chamber of Commerce has taken tho first step toward a campaign throughout Bengal to fight terrorism. It urges business men to rouse tho public to fight the menace. The chamber is appealing for the cooperation of the Government in providing this " genuine and spontaneous end." Also it appeals to Englishmen to join in the mobilisation ' of public opinion.
