DROUGHT BREAKS
PARTS OF ENGLAND LIGHT FALLS OF RAIN , (Received September 13, 6.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, Sept. 12 After 20 days of absolute drought over a large part of Southern England light showers fell early this morning. However, they were confined to the extreme South. London experienced the first wet day for several weeks. Light rain fell also in many parts of the North. The forecast is for unsettled conditions.
