TAKAPUNA COUNCIL
An objection was raised by Mr. C. L. Clifton at a meeting of the Takapuna Borough Council last evening to b report of a meeting of the Finance and Legal Committee, from which' a number of members had withdrawn, leaving the committee without a quorum. The report was adopted, Mr. Clifton dissenting. It was decided to prosecute property owners who had failod to comply with notices served on them to remove noxious weeds.
