DOLORES DEL RIO FILM Several hundred stories have passed before the eyes of Merian C. Cooper, executive producer for Radio in his search for. a vehicle for Dolores Del Rio. Of all these, ho considers W. H. Hudson's almost classic novel " Green Mansions " most ideal. Cooper has purchased this story of a great lovo in the tropical forests of Venezuela, and announced plans to produce it on a lavish scalo with Miss Del Rio as the star. " Green Mansions," Cooper believes, will provide a characterisation for the star which will give her the same possibilities for romanco and emotional depth in acting as she had in hen, outstanding portrayal of the tragic heroine Luana in "Bird of Paradise." In an effort to provide a faithful setting for the story the company may travel to the South American country for exterior scenes.
