DIVORCE PETITIONS
DECREES NISI GRANTED CASES AT HAMILTON [from our own* correspondent] HAMILTON, Friday Decrees nisi were granted by Mr. Justice Smith in the Hamilton Supreme Court to-day in the following undefended petitions for divorce on the grounds of adultery:—George Frederick Pryce v. Winifred Pryce and Leslie George Martin, Edward Wilfred Jones v. Mary Catherine Jones and George Henry Smith, Charles Edward White v. Sarah White and Frederick Booth. Owing to respondent's failure to obey an order for restitution of conjugal rights, a decree nisi was granted to Richard Bromwich against Agnes Sophia Bromwich. On the grounds (hat the parties had been separated for three years or more, decrees nisi were granted to Thomas Claude Mayes v. Olive Alice Mayes, Frances Onorine Ryan v. Francis Edward Ryan, Alfred Noel Wakelin v. Stella Wakelin, Gerda Emmy Black v. George Robert Black, Phyllis Louisa Firman v. Benjamin Ernest Firman, Isabella Robson v. Thomas Ralph Robson.
