MANAGER IN LONDON MR. A. 0. NORWOOD APPOINTED [BY TELEGBAPH —PBESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON. Thursday Advice has been received by the general manager of the National Bank of New Zealand that Mr. A. O. Norwood has been appointed acting-secre-tary and manager at tho head office, London, succeeding Mr. Arthur Willis, who recently was elected a director. Mr. Norwood recently spent nine months in New Zealand, seeing a great deal. of the Dominion and gaining a valuable insight into conditions. He returned to London at the end of June.
