PARLIAMENT REOPENED GOVERNMENT'S POLICY (Received August 22. 7.15 p.m.) SYDNEY, Aug. 22 The New South Wales Parliament was reopened to-day by tho Governor. Sir Philip Game, with tho usual ceremonial. His Excellency said the Ministerial policy was still being directed toward a readjustment of Governmental functions and finance in such a way as to stimulate a restoration of industry and with a view to affording further relief from taxation. That policy would be pursued and would progress steadily toward Budget equilibrium in accordance with the plans of tho Premiers' Conference.
