YESTERDAY'S SALES RETURN ON INVESTMENTS Following is • a list of vesterdav's' transactions on New Zealand Stock Exchanges. In the second column is given the return, based on the last | annual dividend, from investment at i the quoted price. In calculating the return oh shares in companies which pav their dividends outside New Zealand the exchange rates have not been taken into consideration. The return on 4 per cent Government loans includes redemption. In the case of 3J per cent loans the return is for interest alone, and covers only the* period for which the loans are tax-free. !
