C.15 p.m.) i's LONDON, Aug. 3 A large section of the British public evidently is convinced that there is no likelihood of the test cricket matches between England and Australia being abandoned, for scats for the fifth "play to a finish" match at the Oval next August are being sold already. The prices are 12s to 3s a day. The Daily Express says a circular issued by the Surrey County Cricket Club states that the tickets are being sold at the purchasers' risk. No money can bo returned.
