SILVER FOR UNITED STATES VANCOUVER. Aug. '2 Nine hundred bars of silver from India, valued at 5,000,000 dollars, arrived at Vancouver to-day by the Empress of Canada, on the way to New York for the payment of an instalment of the British war debt to tho United S States.
