NEW ZEALAND INTEREST FURTHER PRESS REFERENCES (Received August 3. 6.15 p.m.) LONDON, Aug. 3 The Daily Telegraph welcomes the Otago Harbour Board's decision to pay the interest on its debentures in full. It says'this naturally lias aroused the hope that the Auckland Transport Board will pay the interest on the tramway loan in sterling and make adjustments for the July 1 payments. Whatever may be the legality of the contention that tlje tramway loan rean internal issue, in spite of Rales in London, says the paper, there is a strong moral obligation to continue the payments in sterling, as Mr. Forbes recently admitted. The Financial News says Otago quotion3 have been reinstated on the official list of the London Stock Exchange, also the Auckland Harbour Board and Dunedin City issues, on assurances that interest payments will bp made in full..
