PARLIAMENT DISSOLVED (Received August 2, 6.5 p.m.) VANCOUVER. Aur, 1 The 17th legislature of the province of British Columbia was dissolved today. The date of the general election has not been fixed, but it is likely to be held in tho middle of October.
